Serial founding Product Designer, AI-Native Builder

15 years leading design for products that shipped, scaled, and raised millions. That used to need a team. These days, AI lets me be that team myself. Strategy, design, and code, end to end.

Career Highlights

2012 to 2015:
lemobolizers
isobar
ufl

Starting as a mobile app specialist, moving from Parisian agencies to startups in London

Designing mobile apps in the early 2010s was a lot like being in AI today, the market was booming, and every digital player wanted their business on a smartphone. I lived that from the inside at LesMobilizers, a Parisian agency leading the French mobile space, shipping dozens of apps for major brands before we were acquired by Isobar. A few months later, I moved to London, becoming an in-house product designer at early stage startups, working directly with founders. This is where things started to stick with me.

2015 to 2018:
festicket

Head of Design at a festival marketplace, growing a team of five product designers

Joining as employee 8, founding designer. I scaled a festival discovery guide into an end to end travel marketplace, controlling every aspect of design for the company while building and managing a team of five to six talented individuals along the way. This is where I got my hands on what it actually means to optimise design at scale, not just shipping features, but pushing metrics that mattered to the business forward. Over 4 years, the platform grew to serve 1M+ customers and 2,000+ festival partners worldwide, with design-led growth supporting $55M+ in funding through Series D.

2018 to 2023:
papercup

Leading product design in the AI space at a time when no one even heard about ChatGPT

Joining early became a pattern with me, this time as employee 6, founding designer. There I was lucky to sit with ML engineers and actually understand how the artificial intelligence was built at its core. Over 5 years, I was in charge of the design operations for a cutting edge technology starting with no product, users, or competitors to benchmark, growing it into a platform making video translation at scale. I led design through the company's biggest shifts, contributing to growth from seed through a $20M Series A.

2023 to 2026:
gala
ghostudio

Founding a product design agency while embedding as a consultant for a large Web3 company based in SF

I founded Ghostudio as the mainstream AI era began, leveraging LLMs first for generative AI, then AI engineering. My first client, RLTY, a startup building 3D spaces for Web3 communities, had me design their entire ecosystem, brand, mobile and web apps. This work was key in unlocking a 3-year engagement with Gala as AI Design Consultant. I kept growing Ghostudio on the side, hiring 2 designers, until I realized the agency model was not for me. What I like most is being able to dig into a product with real depth.

2026:
monoy

Building in health tech, solo, while looking for the next venture that will benefit from my full potential

Staying static is not my thing. Aside from seeking the next career opportunity, I decided to solve a real problem in the health market. Being close to independent medical specialists, I saw how much they struggled managing their practice. This time I am deploying the full stack, business strategy, marketing, product, and engineering, aggregated over years of experience, to build Monoy, helping independent specialists deliver better quality care and scale financially without the admin burden.
